because of bentonite's absorbancy, it can tend to absorb certain vitamins or nutrients and i do not know if capryl is one of then. i took bentonite, psyllium and whole flax together in a mushy concoction of 1 tbsp clay, 2 tbsp psyllium and 2 tbsp flax seed and trace minerals with as much water as you can physically stomach for the course of 2-3 hours. it tends to end up replacing a meal, but the effects were very obvious. i was taking large amounts of both oregano oil and raw garlic with it and having no die off symptoms. although it generally isn't good to fill your stomach that full, even with water, it is important to be extremely well hydrated when taking psyllium husks because they can pull all the water out of your system and leave you impossibly dehydrated and therefore constipated; also the clay can create constipation if you don't allow it to mix with enough water and that would be bad. if cost is not a real issue with the capryl, and conveinience is, i would say go ahead and take them all together. When I did my version of the drink, i felt results within 3-4 days, so i would be interested in how quickly you notice any differences.
