Sweating does release the bad stuff, but the problem is that it also releases the good stuff (minerals). I used to do very hot bath, but stopped because I would feel too fatigued afterward, I'm more inclined to believe it's from dehydration and loss of sodium and potassium rather than toxins moving around.
Personally, I'm waiting until my intestines are much better, then I'll eat a ton of nutrient-rich food, and exercise (and sweat) very intensively.
