hi there. i had a vanilla sauce at a raw restaurant the other day and want to make it. it was mac nut and coconut water. do i soak the nut and if so how long? and then just blend it togather?

MoreThis is a reply to # 30,021You don't have to soak the nuts, but it definitely will be easier to blend. I'd add some raw vanilla bean, too.
