Much has been written about the dangers of Soy consumption.
Can anyone verify if there is a diffrerence between fermented soy as opposed to unfermeneted.
I have come to understand that soy that is fermented like miso or tempeh and or in a fatty acid base like lecithin or Reliv shake is safe and does no harm unless someone has a soy intolerance.
I would be most gratefull to anyone that can give me a hint in the correct direction.
