this works really well. Mix capsule of probiotic into large table spoon of flaxseed oil, add tablespoon lsa, nutmeg and cinnamin, and mix in natural yogurt. Yummy. the oil allows the probiotic to get right down in to the intestines alive, and the fibre (lsa) gets it there. I eat heaps of yogurt prob 1/2 litre day. i eat it as is above recipie or with other food. i put yog into curries, onto millet etc porridge. on everything yummm.
