Garlic is probabily the best there is, if it is fresh and good QUALITY, but you may not like it for a snack!
So for snacks: Cabbage, Broccoli, Brussel sprouts,(these first three are the most important) then your carrots, beetroots, celery, onions, green beans, parsnips, rutabagas, to name some of the important ones.
Good quality fresh Celery
is very important for if it is good quality it contains organic sodium which the body needs dearly when one has candida problems, but if you get poor quality, it isn't much help.
If the Celery
is good quality, you will be able to taste the sweetness of it, and it will not be bad tasting like some is!!
If you are juicing
this, then there are some Herbs you may want to try, but you will have to use small amounts as some are very powerful: Use the powder and add it to your drink.
Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Clove(the clove is very powerful), the cinnamon may be used more than any of the others.
Pure vanilla is also very good.
