Just wondering if anyone has had a mineral panel done lately. I had one run and I found out that copper came out as the most normal one for me, thank goodness! The others were all within range as well, though some were higher and some lower.
It doesn't seem that what is in my blood is necessarily in my cells, and that the way to find out for sure about the degree of discrepancy between blood and cells is to do a cellular mineral extraction.
I'm wondering if such a test or process exists to prove the existence of and degree of malabsorption. Anyone know? Qwer?
