High Potency Multi-Vitamin w/ mineral supplement.(vegetarian)
I take this after meals. I know that Linus Pauling for instance recommended it be taken on empty stomach, but I found that it is better absorbed with meal - and it makes sense as it only makes the meal richer.
Vitaman C 500mg
Always after meal as it's better absorbed with food. BTW, 500mg is better then nothing but a far cry from what your body most likely needs. I take minimum of 2000mg every day, for the past 15 years. A lot of times I increase that to 4-5000mg a day.
Calcium 1000mg & Magnesium 500mg Glutamic Acid HCI 100mg(full range amino acids w/ chelates, herb base)
Heard that Ca is better absorbed during the day then during sleep... OTOH, I take it in the evening after dinner with other vitamins.
Digestive Enzymes w/ L-glutamine and NAG
Enzymes always with a meal.
Parsley (kidneys)
Milk Thistle (liver)
These two in the morning, before anything! I actually start off with a glass of warm water and half a lemon squeezed in, then wait about 15 min, and then proceed with milk thistle and dandelion root - they both cleanse liver as does lemon. Does wonders for your liver.
Fiber.
Morning definitely to get the digestive tract working. Keep meats and havier foods for lunch and evening.
