Personally, my blood pressure is different day to day and depends on whether I've just been rushing on the freeway or in some other stressful environment. What many professionals don't mention is that eggs have lecithin in addition to the cholesterol (I'm not sure how much) and lecithin emulsifies cholesterol so that your body can use it in places like the brain. Yes, you're right about cholesterol and the brain. I don't view eggs as a bad thing. Jhan says they are wonderful candida diet food with lots of nutrients and I would have to agree.
Do you take a garlic supplement and eat fresh garlic? Garlic is known to lower blood pressure. :o) Be well
