I'm trying so hard to be good on the candida diet, but I seem to have a big problem where sweets are concerned. I've ALWAYS been a sweet tooth, but it seems like with this low-carb, high-protein diet, the cravings have intensified. I get to wear I can't think of anything else but chocolate and start to feel depressed that I "can't" have it. So, of course, I give in and it tastes lovely, but it's only a temporary high and I feel sick after I eat it (diarrhea, a lot of the time!). My question...how can I help beat the cravings?!!!
