hey there again,

just a question, what do the candida threads in the bowel movemens look like?

For the past few days, i have noticed white stuff in my bowel movements, but they do not look like worms or anything, they look like broken down nuts but are soft and gooey like, are these candida threads?

They are certainly not nuts as i havent been eating nuts,

anyone have any ideas on this?
