Candida Newbie
Hi Beth...
I'm still a newbie... a little over six weeks fighting my candida. Overall, I feel like I'm beating it... but very slowly.
Anyhow, about the fruit question, and this is only on my experience. I sometimes eat 2-3 servings a day. Almost always a grapefruit for breakfast, perhaps an apple later... then it could any random thing - orange, strawberries, even grapes. When I didn't have any fruit at all, I actually felt worse. Remember, all natural (organic!!) fruit has so much good in it for our bodies. I truly feel it helps a ton with the detox.
Some people have bad reactions to fruit. Personally, I feel it helps me.
