Hello all! Lately, I have noticed a distinct correlation between taking probiotics (especially Three-Lac) and increased Sugar
cravings. So I got to thinking about this and I believe I may have figured it out. Doesn't beneficial bacteria eat Sugar
for survival? If so, this would explain why taking in more of it might lead to intensified cravings for sweets. Am I on the right track here? I'm not sure what to do because I really feel like I need to replace my friendly bugs, but I also don't want to deal with the cravings that it seems to produce. What should I do?
