First off who are these people, what qualifications do their staff hold, and what scientific proceedures do they use to carry out their tests? None of this information is provided on their website.
Instead they use the word "practitioner" an awful lot - its funny how you don't need any qualifications to be a "practitioner". Also unlike reputable labs who offer free help in abundance, these guys charge £1.50 a minute on a premium rate number!! Incidentally their postal address is a PO Box number which doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Did somebody say "fly by night"?
They claim to be able to diagnose:
1. Pathogens (virus, fungus, bacteria, parasites)
2. Chemicals, toxic metals, radiation
3.
food intolerances
all from a hair sample!! This is truly remarkable if you look at other labs who can only diagnose mineral levels from hair tests.
Funnily enough not only do they diagnose your condition, they also tell you exactly which supplements to take - all from their supplier of course.
Another thing, if you look at the sample report:
http://www.bionetics.co.uk/bionetics/bionetics_example_report.pdf
an awful lot of supplements are prescribed - the poor lady is told to take 8 lots of pills 2 times a day. This for 16 weeks.
Finally in the "Chemicals and hydrocarbons" section the score is 0. Now chemicals and hydrocarbs are ubiquitous, and if you can test for them you should find them in everybody. So either they are just making up the figures, or they are using some hokum technique.
Just £39? The fact that they are doing it so cheap shows that:
1.they are clearly not spending any money on the tests,
2.they are making their money elsewhere (the supps they prescribe and the premium rate phone call).
Just my 2cents
