just go with the flow,
play around and add what you have on hand
I had a great one, last night,
just 2 bananas, 1 pear, one orange
throw it all in blender and yum
add water to consistency you want
next time i will add 2 oranges, and maybe some apricot
definitely a little cinnamin and nutmegg.
that is just an idea to get you started
bananas strawberries and dried apricots, soaked a bit,
then chopped small and everything zipped up is great too
if you have raw carob powder, (i get mine from
mountainroseherbs.com )
then you could make a chocolate banana one nice easy start,
just add a bit of water, 1 banana and
about 1 teaspoon raw organic carob powder and you will have
a nice chocolate flavor drink.
just play with it and have fun is the key.
goto the link below for some smoothy ideas and within that blog
which is named Qi (Chi) Pig
are lots of juice recipes you could convert to smoothies
and some good raw recipes,
also Lapis has links in his *In The Raw* blog
to some great raw recipes.
hope this helps you
