I recently leaped on board of this craze:)
A couple drops is nice however i have to say that i've been making it as a stronger drink with no adverse affects and tons of benefits!! I used to drink just a minimal amount with water and it really did nothing for me. These last 4 days i've been pouring a bit of it in my glas then adding water. Like a 1 to 10 mixture. It tastes great as long as you don't make it too strong...tastes like salad dressing...yuck.
I've been mixing it with my p&b shakes and it is amazing. Since the psyllium kinda globs up a bit it seems a little like you are drinking apple sauce:)!! It's actually one of the very best ways i've found to take the shakes. Plus the ACV goes right to your intestines and not all swirly in your stomach.
