Hi, I've been thinking about a raw diet (or partially-raw since I'll probably slip up or cheat :>) and I have a couple questions. Is it better to eat one fruit or veggie for a meal? I mean a whole meal. Like for breakfast, I would have some bananas and then for lunch some baby spinach... Is that a good idea?
Also, how do you deal with gas? Won't eating all these veggies give me gas? How do i combat it? Has anyone tried Bean-o or is there something herbal I can take that does the same thing? I work with the public, so it would be a little tough to walk away all the time to pass gas.
