24 hour binge on Apple juice ok?

I've been pretty good about avoiding Sugar to control Candida, but during the 24 hour fast before my next Liver Flush I want to drink 1 or 2 gallons of apple juice. Do you think 24 hours of Sugar loading will be enough time for Candida to come back, or does it take more time for Candida to grow?- Re: 24 hour binge on Apple juice ok? Abraham

This is a reply to # 283,198I've read that green apples are ok from several places, and I have apples fairly regularily and don't notice problems. I dunno about a big binge though, I don't binge and don't recommend it.

But carrot has beta carotene!

How about adding ACV to the apple juice, that way the ACV will at least control some of the candida feeding on Sugar in my digestive system. I guess the ACV wouldn't do anything to counter the Sugar that gets into my bloodstream.

You could also just buy some mallic acid from the health food store for the same effect. That is what Andreas recommends for people who can't tolerate the juice.

This is a reply to # 283,198Whenever I have something I shouldn't (sugar), I know immediately afterwards, sometimes during! So, to answer your question, candida does grow very quickly.
