Threelac - start out on one packet a day and slowly move up a packet, about every 2 weeks to a month. Your body lets you know pretty much when it's time to move up because you feel like you are no longer getting as good results as you had been. When I moved up a packet, I felt tired for two days and then I would start feeling much better.
OE+ - I didn't start taking OE+ until I was on Threelac for a couple of weeks. I started out slow - 3 drops in water 3x daily and worked up to 7 drops in water 3x daily.
I am now back on maintenance (l packet) and go up to 2 packets whenever I have cheated on my diet or feel the need because of stress. I am not taking OE+ at the moment.
