I think that for *some* people, fasting is required. I released mucoid plaque on day 15 of a 21 day fast once. Then, just recently, I had a
colonic that I can only assume loosened up some mucoid plaque because 5 days after the colonic, I passed about 8
inches of it, without doing anything different in my diet, though I had taken one p&b shake (just to maintain the colonic....I had eaten some junk after the colonic).
I don't know what to tell you except that most of the time your system needs to be extremely alkaline in order to release mucoid plaque, except for the aberration (like what happened to me). However, you can always do another month of Colonix (I have used it too and believe it's a good product). I don't know what your diet is like, but it's important to have an alkaline body.
Everyone is different......releasing mucoid plaque really is a bit of a puzzle.
The best thing to do, to be quite honest with you, is to do a juice fast for 5-7 days and see if you release some then. However, you may need to do enemas as well as the Colonix protocol. You have a much greater chance at releasing mucoid plaque when you fast (generally speaking) then when eating. That much I do know.
Just hang in there and do whatever you feel is right for your body. I don't know what else to say...everyone is different.
