Bananas are very starchy and not very cleansing. The best thing you could do for daily cleansing fruit is to make smoothies. A good resource is the Life Food Recipe Book by David Jubb. One good recipe for cleansing is Electrolyte Lemonade:
1-2 tsp coconut butter or flax oil
1/2 tsp celtic Sea Salt
pinch Stevia or honey to taste (optional)
Water for consistency
Blend and serve. You can adapt this recipe to any fruit. For sweeter smoothies, use less lemons and more pears. You could also use apples, berries, mango, papaya, apricot, nectarine, fresh squeezed orange juice, coconut meat (young or old), coconut milk instead of water, and on. Papaya is especially cleansing, and a small amount of seeds acts as a parasite
cleanser. Coconut milk is highly nutritional.
