I used to have cravings too. Constantly!
That was until I went 100% raw. Then they stopped. Almost overnight. (well, OK over a week or two). As to difficult, how hard is it to grab an apple? How complex is it to grab a handful of nuts? Or chomp on a stick of celery? Maybe in the beginning, you'll want to put in a little more time emulating cooked foods that you've grown used to. But very quickly the desire for these fades to nothing and you're left just craving delious, colourful, fast and easy RAW. Best of all, now your cravings are SUPPORTING you! All the best!
