I have had insomnia like yours. I would sleep for a few hours and then, it was impossible to carry on. Although it was not long enough to completely recover. Sweat and chills i have had too.
Later on when I was doing the
Bentonite Clay colon cleanse, my sleep pattern went to the complete opposite and I could sleep for 12 hours a day. Now I am much better, I sleep 8 to 9 hours and my body temperature is much better.
I wish I could help you with some ideas to sleep well right away. All I can say is these are normal symptoms. Keep cleansing and you'll get rid of them.
You are taking an antifungal and acidophilus. Have you started cleaning your colon?
As for body temperature: Avoid low body temperature, it avantages candida- keep your body warm. Exercise a bit if you feel cold.
And do not fight fever- fever are a natural defense of your body to kill candida.
