I read in the vegetarian forum that protein supplements are more or less vital to muscle growth. I don't wish to take any supplements. If I stick to nuts and veggies, will I be able to get enough proteins?
Try raw eggs. I just read about it above. I would think the goal of a natural and healthy Diet would be for the diet to be complete, i.e. not needing supplements. I'm not really versed in this subject, this is just my opinion.
