The Master Cleanse diet but my blood type is to avoid cayenne pepper. Does any body know of an alternative that I can use?

I, too, have found conflicts between blood-type lectins and many cleansing substances, supplements, etc. For me,
The Master Cleanser is probably the most amazing single cleansing/healing practice that I have experienced... including the cessation of long-term full-body pain (fibromyalgia)(three cleanses in one year).
The cayenne is there as a circulatory stimulant/cleanser ... ginger and garlic are known for similar benefits. However, ALL herbs and spices should be used with caution... it's up to each individual to read, study, evaluate whatever knowledge and guidance is available, then to make healthy choices, weigh the risks, etc. Within Stanley Burroughs' "Master Cleanser" protocal, the cayenne achieves the intended result.
I have only recently begun learning the "for your type" approach. Having collected (during sales over about 9 months) all of the "ingredients" for the Dr.
Richard Schulze organ cleanses, I have now realized that amongst the many herbal ingredients of these preparations, MANY of them will probably contain lectins that will conflict with my B blood type. I am concluding that the benefits of these "industrious" cleanses will probably far outweigh the risk of short-duration exposure to the intrusive lectins. Especially compared to the lifetime of unfavorable eating and lifestyle practices I've already experienced for 50+ years.
Whatever your choice, enjoy your growth.
