It can be confusing but what it is really suggesting is that there is more to health maintenance than what meets the eye.

If you have issues with your liver and gallbladder, you would have twinges of pain under your right rib cage, or pain in the middle of your back where congestion from the liver/gallbladder presses on nerves. If you do not, it would be safe to go ahead and by-pass the pre-cleanse Liver Flush which is recommended but not always necessary. Fasting CAN promote the formation of stones so you may explore Liver Flushing AND parasite eviction after your cleanse.

I am not familiar with Humacleanse but you can check out the herbal healer info which I do use. Your health food store should have many other good options too.
I get one bottle of Intestinal Freedom and one bottle of Wormwood Complex and deworm myself annually or bi-annually. My last Liver Flush results indicated I may need to do it more often so I am going to be doing my own parasite cleanse soon...ggg

You will get good results from the Master-Cleanse but this should be big step on your healing path and I would like to encourage you to continue investigating and learning more about what to do to improve your health. It is a process which takes time. It took a long time to get so much inner trash, that it will take time to get cleaned out and to keep the progress up.
