Hi all,
I am on day 10 of my 2nd MC. I went for 21 days on the first cleanse. I loved it & the results etc. Problem is I went *crazy* post-cleanse and binged for 2+ weeks (hence this 2nd cleanse).
Now, i am back in a good mindset/way. I can say that I learned *a lot* from my last experience.
At day 10, I do not feel done (at all). I feel good/strong -- but still have detox-ing to do and issues to work through.
So, to my question: on day 22 I will be on vacation with my supportive husband for our 10 year anniversary. I want to & will eat. We have reservations at restaurants for two nice dinners. So, when & how do I break. Do I need more than 3-4 days? Can I break on Tues (day 18) with OJ, Wed (day 19) OJ, Thurs (day 20) broth, Fri (day 21) veggies. Saturday real food dinner out? I plan to make good choices -- but it will involve solid food & a glass of wine.
I am scared to break too early and binge again.
My stomach was fine last time (with 2-3 days of breaking fast & then solid food).
