I'm planning to start Day 1 of the Lemonade Diet
next Monday after the weekend. I'm looking for buddies who are in the same boat to support each other along the journey. Anyone starting on Monday May 22? I am planning on going for 10 days to be able to detoxify my system of my current poor diet which consists of a lot of carbs and sugar. I am not doing this for weight loss, but for a re-start and a detoxification because I need to have more energy. I am wondering if I really need to do the Salt Water Flush. Can I just do the lemonade and the tea? Does anyone have the bulk recipe for a full day's serving?
