addicted chemically to carbs. a poor diet can leave you malnourished. and even though you did the cleanse you will have the animalistic urge to eat to replace everything now that you body is aware that is missing. this is not a bad thing. you body is waking up. just learn to tailor your habits and give in to what its telling you. it doesnt want refined flours from a pizza place. it wants nutrients...and naturally if you were running around in the wild you would need to eat a lot of nuts and berries to fullfill your depleted body's need. but empty calories will trick it into thinking you ate...but you just kinda continue to run on half tank of gas so to speak until you start eating right.
refined carbs have the same properties chemically in the brain as drugs. they give you the feel good chemicals. so of course you are going to go towards them. its only natural. but its not healthy. the chemical change in your brain from this can take 8 weeks to reset itself.
look for foods high in b vitamins. this will help. also taking a multi vitamin will help...and dont go to pizza kitchen anymore. hee hee
