Hi.
this is my 3rd cleanse and I am on my 3rd day.
I am feeling pretty good and all seems to following what I remember from the past... I came into this cleanse pretty clean and light so I am feeling like I am having an easier time this go around. But then again, it is only the 3rd day :)
I was wondering, I see you can do enemas but can you have a colonic? Or would that be too harsh on your colon?
I am not eliminating all that much... a little in the morning from the night tea and then a bit more after SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and that's pretty much it w/ maybe a itty-bit in the avo (all fluid of course)... Could this be all that needs to happen or should I look into other techs. to compliment my cleanse?
