I use the Yerba Prima Great Plaines Detox liquid Bentonite and the Yerba Prima Whole Husk Psyllium. There are probably other choices but the Bentonite already in suspension lasts and you have less to worry that the ratio of clay to water is correct or if you have achieved the right consistancy.
