most people can't go 9 hours, let alone, nine days!
Do have caution on coming off. You may experience major indigestion if you try things too quickly. Try something in very small amounts and let it "sink" in to see if you have any adverse reactions. Nuts are a high allergen, especially if you don't soak them. I wouldn't recommend that you have many of those for a period of time. Basically, you need to reawaken your digestive system after the break. Keep it simple at first, juice and broths are the best, and vegetable stock is best. Easy to make too!
Then, move to raw foods. You can take weeks to do this if you like. My last cleanse, which was my 13th, I did a very simple 7 day lemonade fast, followed by 21 days of a completely Vegan diet ( hard for us carnivores) and I'm still on a vegetarian diet at this time, 3 months later. I lost 12
pounds total, lost 5 with the fast, and the other 7 over the course of the Vegan portion. I didn't really need to lose any, but I feel better. Just today, I smelled the first hint of
Body Odor , and am gearing up for my next fast. The loss of
Body Odor , despite sweathing is one of those hints that I'm doing something right!
My point is, you can't make any mistakes with a simple diet. Although I base all of my cleanses on
The Master Cleanse principles, I use it as a tool for other healthy options. Switching to another juice and keeping your diet clean is a great way to extend your cleansing process!! My last cleanse, I actually got better results, both cleaning out and confirmed weight loss AFTER I'd finished the fasting portion. I passed all my plaque the second week, on the Vegan diet!
My Best to you. Just remember, you can't go wrong with simple and clean food.
