A naturopath is a medical doctor who uses nutrition and other alternative means of healing. In CA they are licensed as primary care physicians.
Your anxiety is related to the health of your gut. As you kill the parasites, your gut will get healthier. Here are a couple of ways to immediately improve things.
1. Eat organic. The pesticides in non organic food interfere with the gut flora. Even food labeled Non-GMO can be laden with pesticides.
2. You have to replace the essential amino acids that the pesticides have interfered with. Eat pea protein. It has 18 essential amino acids.
3, You have to replace the trace minerals that most foods now lack. Diatomaceous earth (DE) is great for that. Start slowly with 1/2 tsp. mixed in water once a day. Work up to 1 tsp. 3x a day. It will make your skin wonderful and your hair and nails will grow quickly. It will also help kill the parasites
and their eggs. Take it for 20-25 days and then take a break. Then start again. Listen to your body.
4. Take fish oil to get Omega 3"s. Many people are deficient. The brain is made of fat and fish oil is a fat. Good for your heart too.
5. Get your Vit D levels checked. It is a simple blood test. Most people are really low and it really can affect your mood.
When you are well nourished, you will feel significantly better.
