It's day 7 for me too and I am planning on going much longer. I have the food cravings at times and then it passes once I drink the lemonade. One suggestion is you might take the extra time we have while not eating & apply it to some area of your life that has been neglected. Maybe you have areas of your home that need de-cluttering? This goes hand in hand with cleaning out the insides and feels amazing when it is finished. People with toxic colons & unhealthy bodies often have cluttered messy homes...our outer world reflects the inside!
Another recommendation is to read inspiring self help books to make the changes you want in your life. Fasting not only works on the physical but the mental as well and what a great time to incorporate new ways of being. It's like a fresh start on many levels.
Everything in life is reflected in our choices. Will breaking your fast early make you love yourself more or less? How will you feel when you break down & eat that pasta? How do you want to experience life? Do you want to achieve your goals or succumb to the weakness of a fleeting thought? Choose wisely and happiness will follow...!!!
