How long did you go for?
10 days each (6 times in the last couple of years).
How much did you loose?
Anywhere from 8 - 15 lbs each time...some goes back on...but I generally stay pretty tight.
What was your reasoning for doing it?
1st time to jumpstart healthy lifestyle (had fallen into some bad habits), after that, I just do it to clean out the system and stay healthy, clean, and happy. I am one that actually enjoys doing this....sense of accomplishment, clear mind, tons of energy that lasts and lasts.
Would you do it again?
Every 4 - 6 months!

**Don't cheat; follow the rules.
**Get the good Sea Salt
**Excercise while on it, walk, hike, rollerblade, workout...anything.
**Keep occupied (read books, go to movies, paint, write, whatever)
**Reward yourself (spa, massage, something gooood).
**Break properly (I usually do oj most of day one and some homemade veg soup for dinner...but just a little)
**TRY not to fall back into bad habits (I haven't had caffeine since Master-Cleanse
#1 and I was a TOTAL JUNKIE)!!
**OH...and I prefer it in the warm months since I freeze my ass off the whole time (and I live in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA)!
