UN-iodized Sea Salt and some cayenne. Often you can find cayenne in bulk at the health food store and you would only need a buck or two's worth. Same thing with uniodized Sea Salt . Some like celtic Sea Salt too. I've used Himalayan...seems to make a difference sometimes in holding the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) down.
Smooth Move is a good laxative tea some of us use too. Otherwise, be sure to read the book and the FAQ of the forum are a big help as well....
The most important thing you forgot is to read the book. Do yourself a favor and be informed before you start, then there wont be too many surprises, and you can be mentally prepared as well, which is a very important thing.
