But thats my point, you do not need to take "dozens a day" of the CoQ10. All that is necessary according to her, using her capsules is a max. of 10 if you are 155lbs or over. So I dont really understand why she states this. But, I'll do the honey thing, since you say it ain't so bad......sure.
