You are supposed to take the whole bottle of CoQ10 at once to kill parasites. Look at Dr.Clark's link for specifics on milligrams, etc. I have not done this myself, but others here have and say it has helped get rid of some "final guests". It should be the last part of the parasite cleanse, I believe.
