Personally, I prefer to only use Dr. Clarks Wormwood and Black-Walnut (freeze dried). All the Blackwalnut that I have seen in the health food stores in my area, are "Black" and not green like it should be. This means the harvest time was too late and it probably won't work. I have never found Wormwood in my area, however if you have a coffee grinder, you can purchase "Whole" cloves from the grocery store and grind them into a very fine powder. I use and 00 capsules.
Beleive me, it's easier just to order it from Dr. Clark. It's not expensive and they have it to me in NY in 2 days.
