Hi im 43/m and recently started taking Lugos 5% iodine.

The 1820's Lugol's Solution was used up into the 1960's as a method to sterilize cuts externally. Made out of two very toxic chemicals with the skull bones X on every bottle. VETS still use it, but by 1950 it was listed as in the top 50 most deadliest chemicals and known to cause birth defects in male babies----a thing called : micro penis.

Some medical drs still believe it cures all or "avoids" all female tumors, etc., etc.................

DATA LABS out of CHICAGO has been providing blood and tissue testing for 50 countries for a very very long time. Their computers follow the orders of the programmers, which never understand human function correctly---BUT, their testing is good, because it provides a WORLD AVERAGE and they base everything on people around the world---for example----I worked with lead for 30 years and when the company closed, I tested 112x more lead than an average male in 50 countries-----while other people working there had far more lead.

In the case of chemical iodine---those 2 chemicals enter and "MIMIC" real iodine and the body sucks it up and then can not easily get rid of it, as an example----that iodine takes years and years and years to exist the cells and can be found in your skin, nails and hair for many years after you had contact with it.

Dr. Hulda Clark put in her books how to make it---it uses two restricted chemicals....it is a deadly substance, but Clark said if you never take more than 6 drops internally, you should be fine and it stops stomach flue almost instantly...WHY? BECAUSE IT KILLS ON CONTACT and externally it KILL SKIN ON CONTACT, it kills anything it touches..........if you drop it on your floor, it will eat the carpet or stain the floor permanently.

Ive only been taking these for a week or so.
DO TESTING a year from now and discover the chemical iodine will still be in your body and take years to finally expel--------mercury and all the heavy metals takes years for the body to remove....




Today I made the mistake of not taking the Selenium and magnesium and id say about 5-6 hours after I took the Iodine I got this weird feeling in my chest (could be what people call a palpitation, but not sure) then followed by chest tightness and shortness of breath.

I thought I was having a heart attack. Got home and immediately took some magnesium and selenium and the pressure subsided mostly. When I take the Iodine I feel great. I kinda feel like my old self again, but now im scared to take it. I did see a post on here by "mumnz" but dont know if this person is still around or not. Anyway, just wondering if anyone has any advice on the subject or pointers as what I should do or where I should go. Thanks so much
