I'm starting on Monday 3 October too!
This will be the nth time trying to make it to 10 days. I have never done so but I'm not giving up. My end date is 14 October. I really think it's important to not focus on anything but each day. I'm kind of torn on whether or not I should weigh myself. Weight loss isn't my main reason for doing the MC, but it sometimes helps me with motivation.
My plan is to do the lax tea at night and only do 1/2 liter of SWF (Salt-Water-Flush)
in the morning because it's just too much for me. I know it's important to drink lots of water before and after the SWF...otherwise it's sort of ineffective. I think I may also concoct a hybrid lemonade with half black strap molasses and half grade b maple syrup because I would like to do daily, light exercise and the molasses helps with energy level.
Our mantra should be "One day at a time."
