I did a 24 day orange juice fast and then to one meal a day with orange juice during the day, then did a month of weekly liver flushes.
I lost total of 26 lbs and I am now 3 lbs above ideal weight. Should I be trying to lose the last 3 pounds?
NO, JUST ENJOY, TRY NOT TO WORRY------------VERY FEW PEOPLE ARE THAT "PERFECT".....BUT COOL YOUR IN CONTROL OF "YOU".
Iím just trying not to gain weight at this point.
Iím still doing one meal a day and no animal products, no rice or beans or pasta but eating some raw peanut butter and other nut butters sometimes,
keeping meals as simple and unprocessed as possible. Meals taste more delicious than ever before. Thanks for all your help and support along the way.
There was a post on mashed potatoes recently. I made some last night. Unpeeled Yukon Gold potatoes (I like them - creamy and thin skins) boiled in distilled water, drained, then mashed with a pinch of Celtic sea salt, a little bit of olive oil and a bit of the cooking water added back in. I chopped and then roasted a whole onion in the toaster oven and then stirred the flavourful roasted onion bits into the mashed potatoes. Is this good?
Iím eating a pineapple a week.
I always want pineapple at the end of the meal. Even though I know weíre not supposed to mix acid fruit and starch. But Dr Jackson said potatoes digest the fastest of all the starches, in 10-15 minutes. So I guess I should wait 15 minutes after the potatoes and then eat the pineapple. Or start eating the pineapple first.
Iím taking 4 drops oil of Oregano in a veggie cap twice a day.
In the evening, I usually take 2 LBB and then I squeeze juice of one lemon and add the plant fats to it and drink. Otherwise I have a hard time wanting to take the plant fats. Then I have a Tbsp of Adult Longevity Spices. Wow, my eyes almost pop out, powerful stuff. Let me tell you, it is making things move down and out. Often within a few hours. Itís like Iím cleansing all the time.

What thoughts do you have for how I could improve on this?
