Hey, first of all I'm Type 1 and feel bad all the time from multiple things, so I can't say for myself that candida/yeast alone is what's making me feel bad... but you may have candida and it could be making you feel bad after eating sugar. However, you don't just get carbs from
Sugar you get them from a lot of things that are not sweets. Diabetics not only have to watch sweets but everything they eat.
If your doctor has not check your blood
Sugar or you Ha1c, ask him or go somewhere else. Also, I would visit the
Candida Forum and list your symptoms. You can have candida from taking
Antibiotics , without having diabetes.
My husband has hypo symptoms if he doesn't eat for awhile, and it usually lingers with a headache for the rest of the day.
When I started with prediabetic symptoms, I would get a weak feeling and want something to eat. After eating I was ok. This went on for years from the time I was 18, until I was clearly diabetic at 22.
Blessings.
