Last night was a bit difficult, but the first 2 days are always hard. The 3rd day should be a breeze. Just get through today and you should be fine. It's all mental. You will have your week moments...just think of the benefits. Today, i expect, will be the most difficult. I've done this a couple of times and in the afternoon of the 2nd day i'm pretty much worthless at work. Tired, lazy and just can't mentally function at 100%. It's best to try to rest when your body needs to. Just get throught the 1st 2 days and it'll be a breeze...Trust me. Good luck.
