I have been researching & attempting Water Fasts
for the past 5 months. I have done 4 3 day Water Fasts
& I could not go past that because I just gave in to the temptations.
But I recently made up my mind & decided that I will go as long and safely as I can, rather than planning for a certain amount of days.
Also, I used to be around 245-248 lbs.
I dropped down to 205 between June & August through a low-carb high-protein diet, so for this current fast.that is my starting weight.
Now that I am on day 4 of my water fast, I have some questions;
-Will drinking filtered coffee/hot lemon water/green tea HALT THE KETOSIS?
-How exactly am I supposed to know when to end it?
-is it ok to drink an electrolyte mixture (the ones that they sell for babies in powder form) once a week to replenish some potassium?
-Would it be dangerous if I walk for 2 hours everyday?
(That's what I've been doing for the past 4 days-and before that of course).
-How MUCH water should I drink?
I would be so happy if any of you could take a time out of their day to answer my questions.
Weight: 205 lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 42%
**I also have been taking vitamin & mineral supplements for the past 2 months.
