I had all these symptoms when I FINALLY found out about Curezone.
I would say following the diet is step one.
Floaters are closely related to leaky gut. So addressing the leaky gut will be the second step.
Your guts are leaky so first you should do a decent bowel cleanse.
Your bowels are inflammed - Marshamallow tea will help reduce the inflammation and bring things back to normal. DO NOT tolerate gut pain, Drink marshmallow tea whenever you feel pain down there. Once the inflammation is gone you will want to start the cleanse. Fibers are good at cleansing. Psyllium is especially helpful to help get rid of the candida (which has drilled into your gut and causes leaky gut)... so is feshly grounded linseed. Psyllium you must always take with PLENTY of water (2 glasses minimum)- ideally with a digestive enzyme as well to help cleanse the bowel. The most helpful product I have found to help with the adrenal fatigue (which causes floaters ) was: Ortho Adapt from AOR company - but this supplement should be taken ideally AFTER the bowel cleanse. THe cleansing salad is a smoother alternative or simply eating raw
Cleansing salad :
1 cup carrot pulp or grated
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
herbs for flavor. I like to use: Tarragon, parsley, minth (loads) and oregano
Must eat 7 days in a row for it to cleanse liver.
Eat as a full meal for great and fast result (make twice or three times as much). With 2 other normal meals.
Or eat as a salad with other dishes - but then it is not as effective.
When your stool gets dark, you know your liver is doing better.
It is the mix of oil and lemon juice that does the big part of the cleanse so I also use this salad dressing on my rice flour noodles salad or on any other vegetable/bean salad.
The color of your stool will indicate the improvement:
- tan color= bad liver function
- dark brown= good liver function
- green= Liver Flush

Attending the Bowel Cleanse Forum
