You not bothering me, I'm happy to help.
I started the weight tranning the second week, I did less weights, and only about 30 minutes. Than gratually I worked up to my regular 45 minutes. If I felt tired I took it easy. Your attidute is very important, also your expectations. If you expect to do well, loose the weight and that nothing will be saggy it won't be.
Remember that our expectations always meet.
I try to work out every week day, I usually get 4 in a week.
I'm going to more days or more time after the fast to stay in shape.
The south beach diet works for me, so that's what I'm going to follow.
Before the fast I had a hard time loosing the weight, now I know it can be done and that's all that matters, like I said in my "statement" focusing on being overweight is still focusing on the negative. So I'll be working on being happy with my body.
There is an excercise I'm doing: I write about what I appreciate about my body.
All the things that work, all the things you happy with, all the things you enjoy.
That helps to focus on the positive.
Anything that happens to us happens in our vibration first, if you can work on the positive virbration,the vibration on good body image, the body will follow.
You can do this and in the process you can change how you see your self.
