First Liver Flush done.
I drank the oil/grapefruit mixture as recommended at 10 pm, at night 1 am I had my first (soft but no diarrhea) bowel movement. No stones came out. Since then it is massively bubbling in my gut.

A lot of white "sesam seeds" and some really small orange stuff. Also I did release two soft black pieces as you can see in the pic.
So the liver wasn't successful I guess. What do you think? I am really disappointed because I had so much hope the Liver Flush will help me..

This is a reply to # 2,358,060It was a successful flush. The green/yellow color is from stagnant bile.
Stones can come out either dissolved, partially dissolved or intact. Some people pass what is described as chaff.
The seeds are not clear enough, but could be Tapeworm eggs.
Keep doing flushes every two weeks for a while to see what happens.
Make sure to stay hydrated before and after flushes with a good electrolyte drink/soups/smoothies/etc.

Today, two days after flushing, I notice less warmness and redness in my face. Especially when I'm eating heavy or fatty or spicy meals I notice redness and a warm face.
Since flushing the redness ist getting less. But I really don't know if it's because of the enema or because of the flushing. I guess the main problem was that I did not use Epsom salt.
I can't handle Epsom salt, so for the next flush in 6 days I have to use Magnesium citrate.- Re: First liver flush, no stones or ... WhoAreYouNormally

This is a reply to # 2,358,300Try also magnesium glycinate. It's less irritating than citrate. Some people also use malate but I never tried it.

This is a reply to # 2,358,306That is some really gross stuff. I think you need to wash it and then post the pictures on the parasite forums. I'm not expert at identifying tapeworms.

This is a reply to # 2,358,025maybe you didnt do it well ? read the book the liver & gallbladder flush from Andreas Moritz he explains EVERYTHING its my bible! lol that looks more like mucoid plaque. You should do a Colon Cleanse before doing a Liver Flush if your colon isnt cleansed your stone can get stuck in your colon and really affect your whole body

This is a reply to # 2,357,966did you take malic acid or apple juice everyday for one week before doing your liver cleanse ? what that does it softens the stones and then when you take the oil and grapefruit it flushes out everything read the book from Andreas Moritz its called the liver & gallblader flush it explanins EVERYTHING its my bible lol
