This thing with DE cutting worms up in pieces is a real myth. It might work well on some roundworm larvae but it is pretty much useless. Herbs can be good but since you do not know what kind of infection you have it might drive them nuts and they could escape to other parts of your body. do not respond to natural remedies. You can try reese's pinworm med a few days in a row and do lots of enemas and laxatives in between and after. Specks can also be roundworms (cysts).
