I posted this on the Shultze forum but thought I'd try here too. I'm pretty uneasy about this. I am not a diabetic but a friend of mine who is gave me a blood glucose monitor. I've been on this master cleanse. Today is my 12th day. I have had a few symptoms but they mostly went away after a week.

I've been checking my weight and pH every AM and keeping daily notes tracking my progress. This morning I found the glucometer and decided to try monitoring that too. It was a balanced 105. I understand that normal range is 70-120.

Well I was just out for a while and hadn't had anything but plain water for a couple of hours. I took my blood Sugar and it was 138. I took it again to make sure and it said 143.

I've had a bit of 'brain-fog- the last few days and my vision is slightly blurry. I just figured it's normal for day 10-12. But this blood Sugar level really has me concerned.

Does anyone have any ideas or information on this? I'd appreciate any help.
